How do we know God exists? pt 2

All our responses to these questions might be similar, but don't just copy and paste. Actually look up the verses and think about them. These posts are to help keep us connected, as well as reading and discussing God's Word.

Read Acts 17:22-34.

God has made every nation from one man, Adam, for what purpose? (vs.27)?

What does verse 29 tell us what we are NOT to think about God?

What does God command all people everywhere in verse 30?

Looking forward to seeing your responses!

How do we know God Exists? Discussion pt. 1

Hi Girls! It's Brynn putting up the first questions for our new study at BLAST. I probably won't be able to be with you consistently on Sunday nights, but I'm praying for you all and will hopefully be able to be a part of some BLAST happenings.

The study on Sunday nights is So What: Knowing the God who is. The plan is that there will be questions and discussion on the blog throughout the week. The first session deals with the question "How do we know God exists?" This question is part of the catechism and the answer is "God exists and reveals his invisible attributes--his eternal power and divine nature--in creation."

Creation is not the only way we know God exists. God's Word and the Holy Spirit also reveal his existence.

Open your Bible to Psalm 19:1-3.

What in these verses declares the glory of God and what proclaims his handiwork?

Turn and read Romans 1:18-20. How does Psalm 19:1-3 compare to Romans 1:18-20?
